Hannah Walder BSc (Hons) Ost
Director & Clinical Lead Osteopath (Stotfold)
Hannah holds a Batchelor of Science Honours Degree in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy in London which she gained in 2000. She is the Principal Osteopath at our Stevenage and Stotfold Clinics. Her specialty lies in biomechanical assessment, lower limb mechanics and orthotic prescription together with the treatment of all sporting injuries. Hannah is registered with all health insurance companies including BUPA and AXA PPP. She is also a full member of the British Osteopathic Association, the Osteopathic Sports Care Association where she also holds the committee role of Education Officer, and the British Association of Sports & Exercise Medicine.

Rob Hill BSc (Hons) Ost Med DO ND
Director & Clinical Lead Osteopath (Stevenage)
Rob qualified as an Osteopath in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine and Diplomas in both Osteopathy and Naturopathy from BCOM in London. Rob has also completed his training in Modern Medical Acupuncture, which he uses as part of his osteopathic treatment process. He joined Osteopathy First at the beginning of 2010 having worked since qualifying at a busy clinic in Lincoln. Rob is a keen sportsman himself and has a particular interest in exercise for rehabilitation as well as dietary and lifestyle factors, all of which play a key role in your holistic recovery and health. Rob works at our Stevenage & Stotfold Clinics. |

Sylvie Hamilton M.Ost
Associate Osteopath
Sylvie joined us in 2009 having graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a M.Ost in Osteopathy. Sylvie assists Hannah at our Stotfold Clinic within GL14, Fairfield Hall, Stotfold, Nr Hitchin. Sylvie's work experience prior to becoming an Osteopath includes Sports Massage Therapy, which she has done for several years. In addition to this, she has also undertaken her post graduate diploma in Cranial Osteopathy.

Sophie Esplin-Jones B.Ost
Associate Osteopath
Sophie holds a Bachelor of Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy in London. Sophie joins us at our Stevenage Clinic having relocated from a busy practice in Hampshire. Prior to becoming an Osteopath, Sophie worked within the finance sector and taught English abroad. Sophie's interests outside Osteopathy include teaching French and Spanish and playing tennis and netball.

Gayathri Liyanaarachchi M.Ost
Associate Osteopath
Gayathri qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a M.Ost in Osteopathy. Prior to training as an Osteopath, Gayathri studied Biomedical Sciences and graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences Honours degree. In addition to her extensive training in structural Osteopathy, she has undertaken postgraduate diploma in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field. Being a mother of two, Gayathri has a special interest in Paediatrics and Cranial Osteopathy. She has also found naturopathy as an essential part of a treatment in terms of looking at the patient’s lifestyle and considering the external influences that could limit their healing process. |

Veronica Bell BSc (Hons) Ost
Associate Osteopath
Veronica qualified as an Osteopath, gaining an honours degree in Osteopathy from the College of Osteopaths in London. Veronica, who is additionally registered with the Association of Physical and Natural Therapist, has worked with Osteopathy First for a number of years as a Sports Massage Therapist using massage techniques to treat sports injuries. Veronica now joins us at our GL-14 (Stotfold) and Fitness First (Stevenage) clinics. Prior to her osteopathic training, Veronica worked for many years in business development for a communications company. Veronica is a full member of the British Osteopathic Association..

Joshua Catlett BSc (Hons) MCSP SRP
Physiotherapist
Josh is a state registered and Chartered Physiotherapist. Since qualifying from the University of the West of England, he has led a number of innovative projects in occupational health and has recently become an executive committee member for the Association of Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE).
He has worked closely with the University of Hertfordshire and is currently studying for an MSc in Health and Medical Education to support his roles in promoting evidence based practice. Joshua is based at our Stotfold Clinic.

Rhys Hamer
Rehabilitative Personal Trainer
Rhys has fifteen years experience in the sports and fitness industry and dedicates his career to getting people active and helping them reach and achieve their goals and ambitions.
Having spent time working in Central London and in the Canary Islands, Rhys has had the opportunity to train a number of high profile clients including cricketers, martial arts experts and celebrities. Rhys is a personal trainer and level 3 biomechanics coach and works closely with us to assist in rehabilitation of our patients post injury. Rhys works at our Stotfold Clinic.

Alpa Ashiani
Clinic Receptionist
Alpa works part time on reception at our Stotfold & Stevenage clinics. She is a keen rugby player, and plays for Hitchin Ladies.
