not fully validated. Purchases in excess
of £200 will attract additional security
checks by Osteopathy First, and we
request that information provide during

accept no liability for failure to
provide goods where inaccurate
information has been provided.
Osteopathy First Ltd cannot guarantee
the correct operation of systems owned
by paypal.com and romancart.com and
accept no liability for errors, failures
or delays as a result of their incorrect
operation.
Payment Methods
Your credit or debit card details are validated by
PayPal on behalf of Osteopathy First Limited before your order can be accepted. As part of the payment process, your
browser will be re-directed to the RomanCart
secure shopping system and Paypal
interface, for security purposes.
Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
We accept payment by most major credit
or debit cards, or by personal cheque.
Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Returned Cheques will
incur a £25.00 administration fee in
order to cover the charges imposed by
our bank. Where payment is made by
Personal Cheque, no goods shall be
dispatched until funds have cleared with
our bank. Your order reference (provided
on your email confirmation) should be
marked on the rear of your cheque.
Bank transfer details
are provided as part of the checkout
process. Osteopathy First Ltd accept no
responsibility for the entering of
incorrect bank details when making an
internet transfer. Bank transfers may
take up to 3 days to appear in our
account, and no goods will be dispatched
until this has happened. Failure to set
the transfer reference to be the same as
your order reference (provided on your
email confirmation) may result in a
delayed dispatch of your goods.
Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses.
CONFIRMATION
1. Automatic Reply
Once your order is in our system, you will receive an automatic reply which means that your order has been received and is logged in our system.
2. Progress Report
A member of our team will keep you
informed by email as your order is
progressed. Should we encounter any
supply chain delays that may affect the
dispatch of your order, we shall contact
you immediately by email.
3. Dispatch Confirmation
Another confirmation will also be sent to you by our customer service team when your item(s) are . If you do not receive any order processing confirmation from our customer service team, please contact us. System
failures do occur and it is possible
that your order may not have been
received.
DELIVERY
Orders will usually be dispatched within
2-3 working days, although we will inform you of any delay by telephone or email. If payment is made by Cheque, items will not be dispatched until funds have
cleared.
If we are unable to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact
you immediately by email or telephone,
and provide you with a full refund.
Delivery will be made by Interlink
Express or ANC, and Osteopathy First
accept no liability where they are
unable to make delivery of an item.
Osteopathy First will always attempt to
contact you should there be a problem
during the delivery process. Some
smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail
First Class Recorded Delivery, for which
there will be no reduction in postage
charge. Collection from one of our clinics
may also be available.
REFUNDS
We are proud of the quality of our merchandise and believe you will be happy with your purchase. However you may return an item in new condition
(complete with all packaging in an
undamaged state) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. We will replace the item or issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding
shipping charges.
Orthopaedic Pillows are
non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene
reasons.
Orthaheel Orthotics are covered under
Orthaheels own 30 day Money Back
Guarantee. If Orthotics returned to
Osteopathy First Limited are deemed to
be in questionable condition, no refund
will be made until Orthaheel have
released funds to Osteopathy First Ltd.
Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that Osteopathy First receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.
