Christian graduated from the College of Osteopaths in London with a Bachelors Degree in Osteopathy fulfilling a life long passion to work as a therapist treating and helping people of all ages and walks of life.
As a former semi professional football player in South America, and then as a rugby player, Christian developed a passion for learning and understanding sports injuries and their rehabilitation. He worked for many years as a fitness coach and then as physiotherapy assistant before training to be an Osteopath.
With a background as a sportsman Christian understands the intense demands that a busy, healthy and dynamic lifestyle can place on the body, and personalises his treatment approach to each individual patient accordingly. He is strongly committed to encouraging self-management and takes time to formulate patient specific rehabilitation plans and discuss ways to optimise ergonomics in daily life. By closely with patients to achieve their goals and return them to normal life activities as quickly as possible, sporting or otherwise.
Christian harbours a keen interest in the treatment of chronic conditions, in particular chronic low back, neck and shoulder pain experienced by many desk and manual workers.
