Stevenage Osteopaths, Osteopathy First, was established 23 years ago by Hannah Walder. We offer Osteopathy, Sports Massage Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, Sports Injury Management and Rehabilitation Therapy, Biomechanical Assessment and Custom Orthotic Prescription.

The clinic is based in Titmore Green, Little Wymondley just on the outskirts of Stevenage, on the way to Hitchin in Hertfordshire and we also have a small part time satellite clinic in Gamlingay on the Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire border.
Clinical Directors Hannah Walder and Rob Hill have worked at the highest levels of elite sport including the Olympic & Paralympic Games and for British Athletics. Our aim is to give YOU the very best of our elite level professional skills and our expertise getting you back to full health and fitness but we don't just treat athletes - everyone can benefit from our professional approach to our patient care and wellbeing.
