Director and Lead Registered Osteopath

Rob has almost 20 years experience as an Osteopath working with elite athletes, weekend warriors and members of the general public.

 

Currently Rob is Lead Therapist for FLP (Fudge London Project) spearheaded by Steve Fudge who has coached athletes to multiple Olympic, World, European and Commonwealth medals (coaching three Britons to run sub 10 seconds in the men's 100m).

 

Rob worked as a consultant for British Athletics for four years and has travelled all over the world supporting athletes at training camps and competitions including World and European Championships.

Previous to this Rob was Clinical Lead Performance Therapist at Oaklands Wolves Athletics Club for four years overseeing the medical team and working track side with GB's most promising elite sprint and track athletes

Rob aims to discover the root cause(s) of any presentation and then work with the patient to treat, manage and resolve the issue before looking to optimise movement and performance.  

To do this Rob uses manual therapy, joint manipulation, modern acupuncture, rehabilitation and exercise prescription.

 

Rob achieved a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation at Herts University completing Functional Rehabilitation, Advanced Injury Prevention Management and Strength and conditioning modules which helps in his unique way in approaching and resolving patient problems. 

Rob has also lectured as a final year technique and clinic tutor at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine where he began his training back in 2001.
