With a long-standing passion for health and fitness, Marta joined us in 2020 as a receptionist, just before the first lockdown.

Working alongside the team at Osteopathy First, Marta’s interest in anatomy and physiology deepened. As her curiosity grew, she decided to pursue a career in the field and enrolled at the renowned North London School of Sports Massage, where she completed her Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Remedial Therapy, graduating in 2022.

Marta’s sessions are comprehensive, including detailed postural assessments, advanced soft tissue massage techniques, and tailored rehabilitation programs.

Outside of work, Marta enjoys strength training and weightlifting, hiking, and motorcycling. She firmly believes that physical activity fosters a happier and healthier life by stimulating both the body and mind.
