Having always had a keen interest in health and fitness, Marta joined us in 2020 just before the first lockdown as a receptionist.

Working alongside her colleagues at Osteopathy First, Marta developed a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology and as her interest grew in, Marta decided to embark upon her own career development pathway and enrolled at the prestigious North London School of Sports Massage on a Level five Diploma in Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Remedial Therapy from which she graduated in 2022.

Her sessions include a complex postural assessment, use of advanced soft tissue massage techniques and implementing rehabilitation programs.

​

Outside of work, Marta's interests include strength training and weightlifting, hiking and motorcycling. She is a strong believer that activity leads to a happier and healthier life by stimulating body and mind.
