Meet the Team
Our team of highly skilled, independent Registered Osteopaths brings decades of collective experience to every patient. We frequently collaborate, sharing our expertise to manage cases that require detailed examination and personalized treatment plans. We work with athletes from various disciplines who represent their countries, having accompanied them to international competitions, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games in London 2012.

We bring this wealth of knowledge and experience to our clinics, where everyone can benefit from our high standard of care. However, you don’t need to be an athlete to visit us.

Osteopathy First was founded 23 years ago by Hannah Walder, who qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in London. Rob Hill, who qualified a few years later from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, joined Hannah to help establish the clinic. Together, they created the largest Osteopathic Clinic in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, with a focus on addressing not just your presenting symptoms, but the underlying causes. Both Hannah and Rob have pursued Post Graduate Certificates in Functional Rehabilitation and Advanced Injury Prevention and Management from the Physiotherapy Department at the University of Hertfordshire. Today, they lead a team of five independent Registered Osteopaths, each highly experienced and specializing in different areas of osteopathy. When you visit us, you can trust in the professionalism, honesty, and integrity of our team, who are dedicated to helping you.

All of our Osteopaths are independently registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
Our team is also supported by Marta, who, in addition to her role as receptionist, is a qualified sports massage and remedial soft tissue therapist.

Our goal is to relieve your pain and help you return to life, work, or sport—fitter and stronger than before.
Our main clinic is located in Stevenage, and we also have a small satellite clinic in the village of Gamlingay.
