Meet the Team
Our team of highly skilled independent Registered Osteopaths has decades of collective experience between them. We often share our expertise to manage patients who require a more detailed examination and treatment program. We work with athletes who represent their countries in many different disciplines and have accompanied them to international competitions around the world as well as at the Olympic and Paralympic Games at London 2012.

We bring all of this expertise to our Clinics where everyone can benefit from our high level of care but you DO NOT need to be an athlete to visit us.

Osteopathy First was established 23 years ago when Hannah Walder qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in London. Rob Hill qualified from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine a few years later and joined Hannah at Osteopathy First. Since then, they have established the largest Osteopathic Clinic in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, with a focus on dealing with not only your presenting symptoms, but also the cause. They have both studied for Post Graduate Certificates with the Physiotherapy department at the University of Hertfordshire in Functional Rehabilitation and Advanced Injury Prevention and Management. Hannah and Rob now lead a team of five independent Registered Osteopaths, all extremely experienced and each with their own interests and specialism. You can visit us at either of our clinics, and be confident in the professionalism, honesty and integrity of everyone who is here to help you.
All Osteopaths are independently registered with the General Osteopathic Council.

Our team of Registered Osteopaths is complemented by Marta, who as well as being our receptionist, is a qualified sports massage and remedial soft tissue therapist.
Our aim is to get you out of pain, and return to your life, work, or sport, fitter and stronger than you were before.
Our main clinic is in Stevenage and we have a small satellite clinic in the village of Gamlingay.
