Daniel Whatmore
(M.Ost)
Associate Registered Osteopath
Daniel completed his Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy, graduating in 2024. Alongside his studies, he gained a Level 3 qualification in Sports Massage, further enhancing his practical skills and deepening his understanding of musculoskeletal health.
As part of his clinical training, Daniel worked in a range of specialist university clinics, including NHS settings, where he treated a broad spectrum of patients and conditions. These experiences helped shape his holistic, patient-centred approach and reinforced his commitment to delivering personalised, evidence-informed care.

Daniel has a strong personal and professional interest in sport and exercise. Outside of clinic, he is a dedicated triathlete, having completed two 70.3 (Half Ironman) races. He is currently training for his first full-distance Ironman in Switzerland, scheduled for August 2025. His background in endurance sport gives him a practical understanding of the physical demands of training, as well as the psychological aspects of injury and recovery.

Clinically, Daniel has a particular interest in sports-related injuries, especially tendon issues—something he has experienced first-hand through his own training. He also has a strong focus on managing back and neck pain, having gained extensive experience treating these conditions during his time in the university clinic.

His goal is to support patients in feeling stronger, moving better, and regaining confidence in their bodies—whether they are aiming for peak athletic performance or simply looking to improve their day-to-day quality of life.
