We are adhering strictly to the advice of Public Health England and the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) We are implementing the following measures to keep you and our Osteopaths safe:
If you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. new persistent cough, high temperature, loss or change to sense of smell or taste) you must not attend the Clinic.
Prior to your first post lockdown visit, your Osteopath will call you for a telephone triage conversation. Prior to confirming your face to face appointment, we will screen you for not only symptoms of COVID-19, but also to ensure that you are not within the high risk categories and that you are aware of and happy with the risks of visiting us in the current climate.
We check your temperature before you enter the clinic.
There is hand sanitiser available and you will be asked to wash your hands on arrival.
We operate a strict cleaning and sanitising protocol of the treatment room in between every patient.
Please arrive promptly for the time of your appointment and do not bring anyone with you unless you specifically wish to have a chaperone.
There are no toilet facilities.
Following government guidelines, your Osteopath will wear a mask, disposable apron and gloves for the hands-on component of your treatment. You will be asked to wear a mask. You may bring your own or we can provide you with one.
Our Osteopaths work with AXA PPP, Aviva, WPA, Simply Health, Cigna, Standard Life and most other health insurers. Please contact our main reception team prior to your first consultation and treatment so that we may assist you in the claims procedure. If your health insurance is a 'cash-back' policy, just ask us for a receipt each time you visit us, we'll be happy to print or email one to you for each visit.
“I saw Hannah for a year for my EDS and she is absolutely magic. She is so lovely, and really took the time to understand my condition and needs. Thanks to her, I'm am so much better, and the insoles she got made for me have changed my life. The team at O1st are friendly and really helpful, especially when I had to rearrange appointments. I would 100% recommend them (and have) to everyone.”
“ I went to Mr Rob Hill with runners knee. This condition was impacting with my training significantly. Rob showed empathy towards a runner which most healthcare professionals would not. Rob diagnosed my condition and implemented a treatment programme involving custom made orthotics from Canada, rehabilitation exercises and massage.
I am now on schedule to get a Boston marathon qualifying time. If you are a runner with an injury who wants to carry on training see Rob Hill”
Dr. Sunil Sharma
“I have been seeing Rob Hill for at least the last 8 years for osteopathic treatment after surgery on my spine.. The treatment I receive is the best I have ever received. I travel over 40 miles to see him, and he is a true genius at what he does.”
"I have been treated by Hannah and her excellent team since 2011. Hannah is superb at quickly identifying the problem and treating it. There are no excessive treatments and check ups just to make money but quality care every time. I have long suffered with knee and shoulder pain and now know I have hyper mobility in my joints.
I have returned the clinic time after time, after doing something stupid and quickly return to sport. Can't recommend Hannah and her team enough!”
